Hi, I’m Tracy, thank you for your interest in my jewelry studio. I’m pretty shy, so I thought I’d put a pic of my sweet Chihuahua/Terrier studio mate Henry here for now :)
I’ve been designing fine jewelry in the San Francisco Bay Area for a long time, orchestrating thousands of projects for both creative brands and individual collectors. I’ve worked widely as a fine jewelry designer, a gem and pearl buyer, and an antique jewelry expert.
While formally trained as an art historian and a gemologist, I’m largely self-taught in the art and craft of making jewelry. Decades of trial and error have evolved into my unfussy, somewhat minimalist style. I’m a slow and thoughtful perfectionist at the bench, but also love to experiment and play with fresh ideas. I stay focused on heirloom quality and refined simplicity, as ultimately I am designing these pieces to last, be cherished, and to offer a lifetime of versatility and styling possibilities.
The output of my studio is small and carefully considered by design. I’m always on the lookout for special gems and pearls, and I deeply enjoy creating the jewelry as well as styling and photographing it. Keeping my studio small enables me to work closely with beloved clients, friends and collaborators.
I’m not a store, but I make small collections of pieces and sell them to fellow jewelry lovers as I go. Curious about something? Send me a message via the Enquire page to tell me about yourself and what interests you.
Thanks for visiting!
